family chinese, & the street food next door.
The Chinese restaurant locals grew up with, and the modern Asian street kitchen we opened next door. One cart. One delivery. Two flavours of Asia.

since the 8th of May, 2000.
Victor Stivala opened Peking in Buġibba on the 8th of May, 2000. His children, Lucy Anne and Marvic, now run the restaurant, holding it to the same standards their father left behind. The noodles are still made by hand. Every dish is still cooked from scratch. The regulars are still known by name. And the table is still the heart of it all.

Best Chinese on the island. The sweet & sour is exactly the same as I remember from years ago, and the new street food side is incredible too. The pork belly bao is a must.
Family-run, generous portions, fair prices. Been coming here for 15 years and still our go-to. The new street food kitchen next door is a great addition.
Found this on holiday and ordered three nights in a row. The bao buns are the real deal, and they remembered my order by the second night. Mela.
bao, baozi, & the good stuff.
Modern Asian, made the old way. Bao buns steamed in-house. Dumplings folded by hand. Pad thai cooked to order with the proper kick. Same family kitchen, same from-scratch standards, built for the lunch rush, designed to be eaten standing up.
